Who is Equal Health?

How can I know I will get a trustworthy health or life insurance plan?

We only work with reputable companies such as Assurity, Assurant Health, United Healthcare, Banner, Careington, Standard Life and others that have been around for decades and are highly regulated by the U.S. government. Therefore, you can be certain your security and peace of mind are a top priority to them and to Equal Health.

My doctor or dentist has never heard of Equal Health?

Equal Health is not a provider or a network. We are merely a connection point between consumers, agents and various companies. After you enroll with one of these companies they will provide you with a medical ID card or other documents outlining your benefits and coverage.

Do I have to provide my information to an agent over the phone to get a policy?

No, we can provide you enrollment options via fax, email or regular mail. However, to keep costs down many providers now encourage enrollments to be done via the phone or Internet. It makes it easy, quick and it is safer in many ways than regular mail or faxing.
