Equal Health & Life, Inc. is currently seeking self-motivated, career-minded people to fill various inside sales positions.  Applicants need to have a minimum of 6 months of telemarketing or telephone customer service experience.  Applicants need a high school diploma or graduate equivalency diploma (GED).  If you love selling, are a team player and have a positive attitude, then we need you.

Position Purpose:

Responsible for answering and documenting all incoming phone calls to assist clients with their insurance needs.  This position includes increasing revenues by opening new accounts, suggestive selling and building and maintaining a professional relationship with the client.  The more a sales rep sells, the more he/she will make.

Employment Requirements:

Prior Work Experience:	Inside or Outside Sales
Education:	Minimum High School Diploma (or GED) with some College Required
Computer Skills:	Basic Windows navigation, Internet browser navigation, Basic word processing, MS Outlook, Web-based email experience.
Communication Skills:	Ability to converse with clients in a professional, friendly and clear manner.
